The private Onsen on the 13th floor was sensational. We had a suite for our family of 4 which was excellent size. Large bathroom, separate toilet, walk in robe, great heating. Was very rainy weather when we were there and ample umbrellas were provided for guests. Early checkin was also provided without cost.

Comfortable, clean, lovely appearance. Very helpful staff and great amenities. TV with “smart” functions and mini-fridge was handy. The location made most areas walkable. The public bathing area was so lovely and relaxing. We paid extra to have the breakfast one day which was delicious!

The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was quite good with a good variety. I would recommend it for breakfast lovers, especially since the hotel offered an option to have breakfast at a sushi restaurant in the Omicho Market, which was fantastic. The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the location was great, close to Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle.

The Hotel is located on Kanazawa's main street, close to the Omicho Market, Kenroku-en, Kanazawa Castle Ruins, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. It is convenient if you want to eat fresh seafood or see the main sights. The hotel's rooftop public bath is the one I like. You can see the beautiful landscape while having a bath. The breakfast was pretty lovely.

Excellent location, easy walk to Omicho Market and city CBD. Staff were fabulous, very helpful, respectful and professional. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with modern bathroom and beautiful views. Hotel was very affordable. Complimentary pyjamas and bottled water provided in rooms. Superb breakfast with local produce the highlight, very fresh, generous and delicious options. Hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and was very peaceful. By far the best stay of my trip. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kanazawa.

Everything. Lovely facilities and welcoming professional staff. Good size room, THE best mattress we slept on throughout our 18 days of traveling in Japan. Close to major train station and buses just outside. Excellent restaurant that has a Happy hour!
