We had a large connected family room which was a good size for our large family. The hotel is not right near the station but only a 10 minute walk and is very convenient to the park, castle, markets, and historical areas of Kanazawa so was handy to walk to those locations. Also has a shared kitchen and eating space available so we were able to cook and catch up with other travellers as well which was nice.

The room was a bit minimalistic and on the smaller side, but except for that it was a really nice and comfortable stay. Everything was clean and you could easily walk by foot to the park and the attractions nearby (or rent a bike from the hotel if they still have some left). The staff is also really friendly and helpful.

Price/Performance balance is outrageous in this hotel. The room is so convenient for a solo traveler. Its location is just steps away from the fish market. Internet connection is super fast. The bed is really comfortable. Hot water is solid. Quiet rooms. Really well-decorated, small but cozy rooms. I forgot my earphones in the room, and while I was in another city on my trip, they sent them to my next destination. They were really helpful! I would definitely stay again; next time I will be in Kanazawa.

Great value for money. Perfect location. I really loved my stay here. The shared facilities including kitchen and laundry were really well maintained and I took advantage of both.

Perfect hotel for solo travelers! Loved to be back! Super cozy and confortable. Kitchen area was spacious and clean. All staff super helpfull.

The staff was extremely friendly. They also allowed to leave our luggages with them before checking in and they even took it to our room which was a nice surprise. We really like the vibe of this place and our room. It was really a 'hygge' style. Also, during our stay, at night, Kanazawa was hit with an earthquake (first time during our trip to Japan). It was a little bit scary to be woken up in those conditions, but shortly after the staff announced through the speaker in the room that everything is fine and the building is completly safe to stay in it and they will keep us updated.

Excellent value for the money! I got the room with a private bathroom and found it to be a good size for one person. More narrow than a standard hotel room, but the loft bed creates a lot of floor space. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The tablet at the front desk gives you the option to check in and out on your own, but I had some difficulty with it and the staff were there to step in and help, which I appreciated. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station, but very walkable for all the major attractions in Kanazawa. The amenities in the shared kitchen looked good, though I didn't personally make much use of them.

Excellent location. In walking distance to main attractions like the Omicho Market, Kanazawa castle and Kenroku-en, and the Higashi Chaya District. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
