The hotel was outstanding in all aspects. The attention to detail by housekeeping was unbelievable. They replaced amenities, added Nespresso pods, tea, slippers, pajamas and towels. The room was totally clean. The room was comfortable for 3 persons and was a good size. HyattCentric was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We plan to return

Friendly staff, easy comms, ability to drop luggagein hotel to be sent off, very close to station. Huge room and nice gym. Can’t fault it really.

Room size. Comfy bed. Cleanliness. Next to Kanazawa station with indoor passage, really helpful on a rainy day. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful with restaurants booking as I don’t speak Japanese.

Location is very convenient and easy access to food and with covered walkway to train station. Staff is friendly and helpful to arrange for our luggage forwarding to next destination.

Location of hotel is amazing, the station is nearby. The staff was super nice and English was not a problem. Room was huge and had all the things you need, what was strange that they didn't offer pyjamas which is normal to have in each hotel which I visited in Japan. Breakfast was fabulous I had to order it as extra though it was worth it it had Japanese, western kitchens everything that you need. You can find a lot of food places near by. I will book this hotel again if I will come back to Kanazawa.

Location is perfect, it is close to the train station. Many shops and restaurants are nearby but the room is still very quiet. The interior decor is beautiful. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The staff are very polite and helpful.
