The hotel was very close to train and bus transport and plenty of dining options close by. We inadvertently booked a smoking room and when this was brought to our attention on arrival we just thought "so be it". Left our bags in storage prior to check-in and when we returned to check-in the receptionist at the desk had gracefully upgraded us to a non-smoking room that just happened to be a suite on the top floor. . . .a 45m2 room with magnificent views, a big comfy sofa with a monster TV and a wardrobe for storage, , , ,that was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated.

The hotel is right next to the train station which suited us for our travels. The welcome was lovely, they checked us in early and the location next to shops etc was brilliant plus it’s a nice city. Everything was good at the hotel and absolutely no complaints from us !

What can I say. It's close to the station, spacious rooms, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, free coffee and water and for a very reasonable price. One of the better hotels I stayed in Japan
