Close to the Omicho market, Higashi Chaya district as well as shops and restaurants. Clean and spacious hotel. Loved the hot beverage machine in the lobby too.

Location was in walking distance from the Kanazawa train station and also very central for visiting the old town and beautiful Kanazawa castle. The rooms were very clean and (continental) breakfast was standard according to Japanese norms. The staff was very friendly and always there to help. The bathrooms were small but very convenient.

Staff were exceptionally mannered with excellent language skills in every language we heard. Lobby was lovely - we often worked and studied on the ground floor during the evening to late night. Cleaning request system was refreshing, being able to choose how much our room was cleaned each day and cleaning staff worked carefully which we appreciated. Location was within walking distance of department store, omicho market, train station, kanazawa palace, geisha districts, samurai districts and temples. Water pressure in shower and bath were pleasant, along with the pyjamas.

Location near the train station and Kanazawa Castle, quiet room. Rich breakfast buffet. Facilities efficient in a small room (common in Japan in this price range) with shower toilet. All amenities available including pajamas. Very friendly helpful staff. Bed hard and comfortable to sleep in

The staff, the services, the breakfast, just everything was perfect! This is definitely one of my favourite hotels in Japan, next time I'm back in Kanazawa I will definitely stay here! I got a lovely surprise for Christmas waiting for me by the door, really nice detail from the hotel!

everything was excellent: the room, staff, location and especially the breakfast. it was outstanding! we were so impressed and enjoyed the variety and highest quality breakfast offered everyday! bravo! we also enjoyed the back massager in the room. strongly recommended! :D
