The hotel is really clean and the rooms are well equipped. The location is great, with plenty of Izakaya nearby and close to the Samurai neighbourhood and a major commercial area. The staff were excellent. One staff member went out of their way to help us book a restaurant for dinner (we had trouble getting in anywhere the previous night).

Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Staff are friendly. As it was New Year there was a Sake barrel opening ceremony that was fun. We had massages in the spa which were very good.

In the heart of the city. Walking to the samurai district and restaurants are just under your feet. The room is kinda small but there's plenty of room to hang around on the lobby floor. Good laundry machine there, cheap and quick turnaround. Nice little bath as well. Parking could be a hit n miss in the afternoon.
