I liked the location of the hotel -walking distance to the park and minutes to shops. The room was bigger than average with good basic amenities like a fridge and kettle. I loved being able to turn off the air con in my room. I prefer a cooler temp than the baseline for winter heating.

PERFECT!! So clean, perfect location, beautiful Japanese room with facilities and amenities that looked like a luxury hotel. The dinosaurs were very helpful. Locker facilities for bags and suitcases were available for free. Highly recommend!

The breakfast is not the best, but ok... The coffee could be "less American", just a bit stronger would be nice. The locations is great, 10 out of 10!!!

Great location to walk to all the main tourist sites and close to restaurants and convenience stores. Staff were very helpful and helped order over the phone when we couldn't speak Japanese to the person on the other end.

Checking-in with the dinosaurs was a lot of fun! It was also very simple & no hassle. The room was spacious & clean, with the right facilities for a getaway. Though the hotel is a little walk from the station, it is close to the Castle Park & in a very nice area overall~

The dinosaurs at reception are a very fun and quirky touch. The hotel itself is very centrally located and a short walk from the train station and to many of the main tourist attractions and restaurants. My room was huge and the bed was very comfortable
