All the free drinks such as orange juice, sodas, teas and coffees were great! even some free snacks like chocolates and crackers. Everything was clean and the beds are comfy. There’s a nice common room for people to chat and eat together. Staff were helpful and nice. Location was 5 minutes away from the station so a big plus

The staff was probably the nicest I have met in Japan so far! They were so sweet and fun and would even show me and another guest around the city in their free time or stay longer after their shift to play games with us. I felt very welcome! You also have acces to a lot of things for free, like tea, coffe, juice, soda and some candy!
