The girls dorm was girly and set up for us nicely, was super clean and free cups of tea! Beds were comfy and cozy and nice and private.

Close to the bus and train station, dorm for ladies only, excellent security, very nice common area, very comfortable beds, close to the market area, tourist information available

Great place. Convenient location, comfy beds, friendly staff (I even got to check in a bit early). Worth knowing: the mixed dorm, *unlike* the female dorm, has no door. This means it’s directly connected to the common area, (in turn connected directly to the bathroom area) and (the lights out/quiet policy only applying to the dorm) leaves people in the mixed dorm somewhat at a disadvantage, noise-wise.

Everything was very clean, friendly staff, lots of space around the bed and plenty of space for my luggage. Convenient location - very close to train/bus station.

Big and roomy capsules, plenty of space for your belongings and locker with combination access and some room to hang clothes. Comfortable beds. Good location. Self check-in - I never interacted with any staff during my short stay. Female only room with bathroom, shower and eating area using pin code access. Room capacity was only 6 people, so it was very comfortable and relatively quiet. Most of all, affordable and comfortable.

The capsule concept, capsule was much bigger, had lockers, privacy curtains, free coffee and tea, views from the common lounge where I could enjoy the snow falling during my stay, very close to Kanazawa station and extremely good value for money. It will definitely be on top of my list when I re visit Kanazawa. Not forgetting the staff who kept the place running in tip top condition. This review from someone who travels a lot, but hardly gave reviews.
