Overall a night stay was incredible. The pool is good. Breakfast was not the best but can be improve. Got hornbill visiting us in the morning. Meet new people in the middle. Really recommended to family. Price is reasonable. Close to convenient store. Good food around. Beach located near by and is very clean. Bed however not the best, I can feel the spring behind my back. Also car park is difficult. Best by bike.

The reception was good. Room was clean. Walking distance to the beach. Got one mini market nearby, walking distance to buy things you need.

This accommodation was recommended by a friend and I can see why. Comfy room, very homie vibe, friendly staff (top level), near the beach and stores, can see hornbills at the dinning area. The resort even gave us half the price for renting a car, accepted early check-in, call a cab for us, cooked rice for us and refuse to accept payment. I mean what more can you ask for. 10/10 experience. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Staying at Joe’s means you experience the room and breakfast. My family enjoyed the family room after the long trip to arrive at the property. Clean ! We respected the policy to wash before entering the premise after spending time at the beach. Breakfast was average servings. My compliments to whoever prepared the ‘Nasi lemak bungkus’ and very nice teh tarik. Water at the pool looked murky so didn’t try the pool. Other than the beach we took a walk at the other end to look for the waterfall. Overall, I would recommend Joe’s place.

Friendly, professional & helpful staff. The pool was clean & inviting to swim in. Breakfast was local cuisine - good & filling. Very centrally located - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc.
