Basic but good. Built up the hill at the end of the beach (therefore quiet) with great views. Level 1 and 2 have brand new aircons. Level 3 and 4 have fans. Only a 1 min walk to the beach.

I want to echo what the previous reviewer said about this property (as it was his review we based booking off, so thank you!). I feel this place is unfairly scored by reviews. On this island this is the cheapest place you can get with air con, and the standard of accommodation on the whole island is just a bit lower than in general. Expect that if you come here. The place is lovely, the view is gorgeous, the staff were really helpful and kind, air con worked a dream, and the room was comfortable. 2 mins walk from the beach! You’re not staying in a 5* hotel , so have realistic expectations!!

Would like to say please take the other reviews with a grain of salt. Couldn’t have asked for much more from a place in the Perhentians. It had aicon and was the perfect temperature, didn’t get disturbed by any mosquitoes, they have mosquito burning incense as recommended to me by a local, the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything I asked for. It was only a couple minutes walk from the beach and is a flat walk, so really an ideal location. Couldn’t complain about the cleanliness as was as clean as I would want. Not sure if someone new is managing it but would personally disregard the negative things other people have said. For the price it’s probably the cheapest place on the island with aircon, would definitely recommend!
