The room was clean, comfortable bedding, exceptional service from the housekeeping and breakfast team throughout our stay. We had trouble with our room airconditioning. It was faulty and the entire room was musky when we came back from our swim right after check in. The technician came, rectified and suggested a room changed. The male staff who attended to us was pleasant and helpful. He immediately arranged for a comfortable room for us. He made our stay better especially after a bad check in experience initially with the lady (Shirleen) . She was the only indian lady on duty the entire time. Called for assistance but was brushed off.

The accommodation offered spacious living and kitchen areas, providing ample room for relaxation and dining. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful and attentive. The pool and game room staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing guests to try out the facilities before making a payment.They have a lot of parking lot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pulai Springs Resort, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. The 3-room suite provided an exceptional level of privacy and comfort, making it perfect for a family getaway or a retreat with friends. The layout was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure relaxation. The resort's facilities were also good, with options for leisure and recreation that catered to all age groups. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, adding a personal touch to the experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a combination of comfort, privacy, and tranquility. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
