The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The reception operates from 8:00 to 21:00 PM on weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) and 8:00 to 22:00 on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Public & School Holidays). On weekdays, the resort's main entrance gate will be closed at 23:00 and reopened at 07:00. Please be advised that assisted check-in will not be available after 22:00. A self-check in procedure will be arranged for any arrival after 22:00. Kindly contact the resort for arrival after 22:00.Please note that phone access in guest rooms are not available as the property is not within the radius of main communication infrastructure. Depending on your mobile carrier, mobile network service may not be available on the property.
Please note that the property does not have any credit card facility. All transactions and payments are by cash, bank transfer or QR Pay only.The resort's main entrance gate will be closed daily from 12:30 to 14:45 for housekeeping and general cleaning services.
