Worst experience in Cambodge. Good location. Beautiful place near the water. Very good restaurant. But the welcome is so bad and make you feel uncomfortable during the whole stay (except for one person who was serving the food). I would say this is the most critical point of this hotel... About the room, there are holes everywhere, so anything goes through during day and night time...if you are prepared, it's ok. The scooter renting service is bad : for paying twice the price compare to the town center you expected a good service, but it was not the case : the fuel was not made, the scooter was in really bad shape and broke down on the way..

Staff was amazing! Everyone always had a smile and reception greeted us every time with our names. Exceptionally friendly. Location is a bit out of town (Kampot) and as first timers in Cambodia we did not realize, however this wasn't a big inconvenience, it was a cheap, 20 mi tuk tuk into town. Food was fantastic, great drinks! Highly recommend the old fashioned and the holy smokes! Rooms are tucked away into nature, making for a lot of privacy.

First off - the staff are amazing - they really got to know us and were so friendly and helpful. The property itself is also really nice and stylishly decorated - we loved the rustic / boho jungle feel. The view from the restaurant was also amazing, we loved watching the sun set and having a drink up there.

From the moment you arrive here one just feels like new, all your stress just disappears, it's so unique and close to nature, the restaurant food is out of this world and at night all you will hear are amazing bird sounds, the staff go out of their way to make you feel OK, especially pheakdey, mai, Lee and they have great day trips to bokor and kep, rooms are varied in type here, we took the riverfront, amazing tree house style, fan cooled, with bathroom downstairs really nice! Stunning location on the river with magnificent views over Bokor mountains. River great to swim and kayak in and the standard of food in restaurant was some of best I have had in Cambodia

The location is out of town but so quiet and serene. The breakfast and dinners were generous and delicious. Such a great view too! The staff were the friendliest, nicest people. Best we have encountered in Cambodia. We stayed in the air conditioned bungalow but the treehouses looked fun if you can manage lots of stairs😁

Although it seems far from Kampot city it really is a little haven. Easy to go using grab. The house tree was charming and comfortable.

The location was absolutely beautiful, right on the riverfront so perfect for kayaking, swimming or just chilling with a book. The staff were so lovely and very attentive. The food was really good quality and they did amazing catering for different dietary needs.
