Our stay here was very good. As many other reviewers have written, the hospitality of the owner, Ben, was excellent. He is always available for any consultation and makes suggestions to suit your needs. Even if you don't have a detailed itinerary in mind, stay here first and discuss it with him and you will have a great itinerary in no time. The city of Kampot itself is also easy to spend time in and I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff who provided a warm and friendly welcome. Excellent advice and help from the hotel owner which helped us have great Kampot experience. The hotel is on a pretty and unspoilt part of the river and is an easy 9 mins from the centre of town by tuk tuk. The deck over the river outside the room was a lovely spot to have breakfast.

Location was out of town and on the river, so was very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and organised what ever you needed. You could get a nice meal at the property. If you wanted to do activities on the river such as swimming or kayaking it was right at your doorstep. The rooms were air conditioned and clean.

Wow wow wow! If I could rate Riverfront Boutique 100/10 I would. It is the most beautiful setting and the most lovely vibe. Ben and his family really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food is great, as was the tour of kep and the kampot coutryside I booked through the hotel. So amazing to watch the sunrise over the river and swim straight from your room! Loved it.

Wonderful place with nice room straight on the river. The owner is amazing: we had an issue with a transfer and he went well beyond his duties to arrange an alternative so that we could get to Phnom Penh in time

Beautiful setting on the river just outside Kampot. Really nice, clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view on the river. Amazing terrace over the water with seating and hammocks. Ben and his family/team were the perfect hosts, friendly and so helpful. We rented a moto and used the free kayaks most days to explore the river/watch the sunset. We stayed 5 nights but could have stayed more.

Pleasant location at the river. Ben is a super-host. If you do not want to go downtown for dining, the staff prepares food for you. Definitly take a room with riverview.

Lovely place just in the water.. Ben and his family are incredible hosts and made our stay very relaxing. Ben arranged days trips for us and bus journey back to Phnom Phen. The room with the deck was amazing and super clean. A great place to stay n Kampot.

We just want to go back. Everything is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and passionate, rooms clean and comfortable, great views, we felt welcome and at home. It is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend anyone traveling through Kampot to stay here. My Husband has never been so happy. *Please also take coins from your native country for the owner’s son, Charlie as he collects them.
