The fine print

we stayed in this beautiful wooden chalet which directly overlooks the sea, it was very large, clean and the beds were comfortable. equipped with a veranda with an external fountain to clean your feet from the sand before entering and comfortable plastic chairs that could be taken onto the beach. there was also an outside table. the island is wonderful and the inhabitants friendly and kind. the Permai staff are always available, hospitable and kind. I absolutely recommend it!

Very cool staff, helped with all the worrying questions! The chalet is wonderful, a great view of the sea, the coastline, comfortable beds, good internet (worked on two laptops, even calls in Teams app were good). The chalet also offers various tours and moped rentals.

Incredible loation right at the beautiful beach, nice porch, tap to wash feet after walking on the beach. Enough space for two, enough power sockets, working fridge, big bed. Friendly staff who also offered pickup from Tekek.

Our stay was really perfect. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Whether it was the transfer from Tekek directly to the accommodation or the proposed snorkelling activity, everything was excellent. The accommodation was exactly what we expected. The beach on the Juara side is really the best place on the island for swimming and relaxing. We had no trouble eating in the area from morning to night.

1. The view from the Chalet was directly to the ocean and we loved it. Just sitting there and watching the ocean was pleasent. The beach was also nice and clean most of the time. 2. Small shops and few restaurants were next to the Chalet. Also in 20min walking you can reach a resort with reasonably priced spa treatments. 3. The staff was really nice and helpfull. They picked us up from the other side of the island (for a free ofc) and even lend me their own pillow when the one provided was too high and caused me pain. 4. Great place for divers and surfers (the surf season starts in the end of the year) and people seeking to turn off their brain and have am actual vacation and recharge.

The location right at the beach is excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We booked snorkelling trip with the Permai Chalet and it was well organised. We also got help with the transportation from/to Tekek. Overall it was excellent experience for the price.

I like the chalet location that is located in front of the beach. Very near to many cafes and eateries. Friendly villagers and environment. The facilities of the chalet are far more than what I expected. Great accommodation from the chalet owner. This is a mid-range chalet, good bedding, well maintained air conditioned and small fridge for your goods.

Very comfortable, fantastic beachfront, they arranged a really fun snorkel tour, everyone was really nice, and if the ferry doesn't go to Juara they can fetch you from Tekek much cheaper than getting a taxi!
