Spacious, clean rooms with great balcony views. Personal, attentive service from staff, especially Florence. Delicious daily breakfast with fresh fruit and custom options. Stable Wi-Fi (though not super fast). Peace of mind with good security (armed guards at the entrance).

Everything any member of staff did was superb. We were made to feel special and cared for, for our entire visit. The pool is clean at all times and the girls ensure the rooms are cleaned and turned down at times to suit the guests. Florence leads her team brilliantly and nothing is ever too much trouble. There are no set times for food, again it is tailored around the guests. When eating in the evenings the security boys lit a chimera whilst sat on the veranda, without us having to ask, there are so many little things like this that makes staying here so enjoyable. Also being out of Kampala the air is fresher and the heat far less oppressive, in my opinion a very worthwhile trade-off to being in Kampala city centre and it doesn't take long to get on the Expressway if you need to. I've been visiting Uganda for 10 years now and have stayed all over the country, in my opinion this is far and away the best, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
