The staff are friendly and professional, very helpful whenever needed. The location is also excellent and the hotel is very safe. The reception is manned 24/7 so there is someone to help if needed any time. The rooms are very clean and housing keeping is brilliant.

My third time in Kampala and this time in this hotel. I was absolutely thrilled. I spent 5 nights there. The staff is super friendly. Everything is clean and the breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for. The rooftop bar is just brilliant and highly recommended. The view over Kampala is a dream. Plus a delicious drink and great food. That's all you need.

Mostly the people. Such friendly and warm staff. Special thanks to Ester from guest relations. She goes over and beyond to make sure she takes good care of her clients. Clean and pleasant hotel in a centrally good location in Kampala.
