The staff were great. I liked the rooms, clean airy spacious. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. They also provide a fruit bowl each day (apple, orange & banana). The hotel is in a good location and was able to walk to various offices I needed to visit.

The staff are proactive, friendly ,helpful and polite in terms of cleanliness all areas in the hotel are spotlessly clean, the view of Kampala at night is beautiful and they have ample basement parking. bathrooms are very nice with rain drop showers and they also go the extra mile and provide complimentary basic amenities like tooth brush, paste , shower gel, shampoo,etc which in my situation turned out to be very useful saving me the hassle of going to buy toiletries.

The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable. Good shower, toiletries and towels. It's a high quality hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The airport pick up works very well.
