We had expected more for a 3 star hotel with an 8.2 rating. It's an older style hotel with some new upgrades. Booking. Com advertised breakfast but it was a small muffin, yogurt, fruit to go. Coffee was the nexpresso machine in your room. We picked up a deli meal only to discover there was no microwave for reheating. Water pressure was low, making for a weak shower/shampoo. At $130/ night original price, it did not seem like value for the price. Booking.com pushed it at a Genius price but kind of makes you wonder?

Accommodation was very clean, warm, fantastic views, fluffy towels and lovely coffee machine. Staff very friendly and helpful on check in.

Great check in area with their hot pink branding. Nespresso maker in the room was a wonderful surprise. Clean and fresh looking room. Great heating system in the room.no noisy fan system going on and off

The front desk staff were helpful, courteous and nice. The room was extremely clean, beds comfortable, the shower hot. Our room had a beautiful view west over the city & river valley. It was very quiet at night despite the location right next to Columbia Street.

The new renovations are lovely. We really enjoyed our room, had great views over the river/city. Our bed was super comfortable as was pillows & comforter. Staff are excellent & very accommodating.

Very large and clean room. Comfortable bed. Perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Banff from Whistler. Very good Indian restaurant on site too!
