MLM “Messed up, desk clerk saves the stay.”

We had mistakenly not booked an airport shuttle but the desk clerk handled everything for us. She tried to book a shuttle but we had left it too late and the shuttle was fully booked. After telling us about this situation she booked us a taxi for 4:00 am the next morning. She was super positive and made our stay! We didn’t get her name but a great big thumbs up goes to her. Thank you!

Breakfast was standard hotel “free” breakfast. Staff were helpful when we had a plumbing problem.

I loved the great Breakfast with omelet, hash browns, bacon. I liked the nice comfortable clean beds and clean rooms. I liked the staff they were friendly and welcoming.

I stay here frequently, and the staff always assigns me to my favorite room without my even having to ask. Makes me feel very valued. The room is always very clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Excellent service 😁😁😁
