Set right by the sea in the Bay of Kotor, Boka Gardens Seaside Resort has its own pier, private beach, restaurant and tennis court. There is a pool looking out to the bay and apartments with balconies.

Excellent location, away for the hustle and bustle around the bay and Kotor specifically; but still very conveniently located to reach everything in good time. Miljan at the reception was wonderful and gave us some very insightful tips about the area. One definitely needs a car to get around as the resort is somewhat "remote" and not in the midst of a village/town. The restaurant and market on the resort close when not in season, so that is also important to keep in mind. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

A wonderful place to stay at Kotor Bay! The apartment has a dreamy view, there is a nice and not crowded beach on the other side of the road. And there wasn't much traffic in the area (the busy traffic starts near Herceg Novi or Kotor).

The view and the apartment are great, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach is tiny, but clean and amazing. There is a bar in the beach and you can rent a board. Also we took a private trip from the beavh to blue cave and it worth it. Close to the hotel there are several restaurants, but you need a car to get there.

A hotel with a picture postcard view of Kotor bay with two islands, Our Lady of the Rocks and St. George. You can sit in the gallery and watch the boats all day. The water is so still surrounded by mountains and visible from all apartments as they are on a steep hill. The apartment was clean and well furnished with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge / dining.The kitchen had a fridge,microwave,gas and electric stove and oven and had nice crockery,glasses etc. They provided a coal barbecue outside. We were close to the pool near the top that had an elevator. The beach had many sun beds with umbrellas and the shallow part was about 3-4 meters.There were no currents nor any big waves and therefore excellent for swimming. Staff were very helpful. I had phoned to enquire before about transport and they recommended hiring a car and advised on the correct car hire rate.I ended up using local car rental but discovery also had good deals.The roads are scenic and lie between the sea and the mountains.It was also easy to drive up and park outside the apartment block saving walking up the steep hill. We were able to travel to all the little towns around the lake and further to Budva and Cetinje monastery. There is a car ferry close to the hotel which is a faster way to reach Tivat airport and it does not show up on the SatNav.
