For security reasons, please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Please note that third party payments must be arranged directly with the property in advance.Please note that the Hillside zone room types are only accessible by Cable Car. This offers a unique jungle experience and great sea views while travelling to/from the room. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this service may be slow and guests may experience short delays. The Cable Car operates from 07:00 - 23.00 hrs. While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service.The property provides a free schedule shuttle bus to Patong on a daily basis. Guests are required to make an advanced reservation at the reception and each trip has a maximum capacity of 24 passengers. Please be informed that during low tide at Nakalay Bay, the water level recedes exposing stony coral beds and may cause inconveniences in swimming. This happens approximately six hours a day at non-fixed times. Please contact the property staff directly for more information. During this time, guests are recommended to use the property’s large lagoon pool or take advantage of the activities offered at the resort.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The beach is beautiful and when snorkelling you feel you are in an aquarium. Very nice and large pool Vegetation is superb over there and you feel isolated from busy Patong with a perfect view Piece of advise : better to get a room or bungalow next to the pool instead of hillside seaview unless you don't mind waiting 10-15 mins for buggy or cable car to access your room Cable car is fun for children for 1 or 2 days, but after 1 week you might think it is taking too long

The hotal has amazing landscaping with beautiful carvings and statues and plants all around. the breakfast has a good selection of vegetarian food. Humongous pool with rooms linked.

Beautiful nature, perfect location next to the beach. The pool is amazing, rooms are big with incredible view. The staff is always smiled and friendly.

Beautiful resort, with a pool surrounded by gardens and exotic trees. Delicious and very diverse breakfasts. We had a beachside bungalow, probably the best choice. The hotel is a great base for exploring the entire western coast of Phuket.
