Don’t take half board packages, it’s scams. You pay additional charges fast all of the dishes. Children aren’t allowed in half board packages and you have to pay extra for their meals. Location- not bad, staff- brilliant, cleanness- 10 points; prices- overpriced, restaurant- good!

intercontinental Kamala is perfect ! hotel is beautiful, peaceful, sea front with a nice swimming pool, sunbeds under pine trees and catered by the Pine Bar with amazing staff ( Leo and Matty are phenomenal and made the stay absolutely fantastic ) Kamala is a perfect family location. breakfast is very good and fit for the purpose. hotel staff is amazing ! maybe the best I ever faced in my life.

My stay at InterContinental Phuket was truly one of a kind. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the breakfast was both delicious and plentiful, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special mention goes to Scott from the beach team, who always found the best sunbeds and even remembered my room number, and Yui from breakfast service, who was cheerful, energetic, and also remembered my room number. Their exceptional hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Our stay started with a room facing a busy road, which was quite noisy. Thankfully, the hotel staff was accommodating and moved us to a much quieter room on the second day. The rest of the stay was pleasant, though nothing extraordinary. Overall, a decent experience with good customer service.

Luxurious, beach and multiple restaurants for selection. Good breakfast. Great staff. In particular we enjoyed the Thai restaurant Jaras and Hom the fine dining restaurant. Access to beach.

The resort is beautifully designed and well kept. The green areas are impeccable and the spa is beautiful. The room with pool access is unique as you can always jump in the water for a quick bath or head to the other pool connected. All the resort restaurants and cafe/bars have tasty food with well trained and gentle staff.
