We were blown away by the hospitality of all the staffs and the way they take times out to make sure everyone in our family felt welcome and accommodated. The hotel amenities were on point and as well as the difference choices of restaurants and food on offered

My stay at InterContinental Phuket was truly one of a kind. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the breakfast was both delicious and plentiful, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special mention goes to Scott from the beach team, who always found the best sunbeds and even remembered my room number, and Yui from breakfast service, who was cheerful, energetic, and also remembered my room number. Their exceptional hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Our stay started with a room facing a busy road, which was quite noisy. Thankfully, the hotel staff was accommodating and moved us to a much quieter room on the second day. The rest of the stay was pleasant, though nothing extraordinary. Overall, a decent experience with good customer service.
