Great hotel! Great rooms, great food, great facilities! The hotel staff was very kind and even though the hotel was full everything was well organised and all expectations were met! The room and all the areas were exceptional clean, I will definitely come back!

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. The pools, indoor and outdoor, are immaculate and on a day without wind, the sea is like glass and so warm. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool which was perfect to laze with a book and catch the late afternoon sun. The variety and quality of food was immense and so delicious, and the animation team worked really hard to keep the big and little kids entertained. We had a perfect week at Kiani!

Lovely location. A relatively small and compact resort. Decent food and great entertainment for the kids. Kids club staff work very hard to keep the kids entertained.

Good facilities and choice of food / drinks Lovely girls at reception evangelix and elektra very accommodating to our family . Angelika and bijay lovely bar tenders ! Especially bijay can make a good cocktail !

The barman at the beach bar were excellent. Polite, friendly, exceptional service and took care with every drink they made. Staff in general were very friendly and helpful. We had a pool attached to our room which was great. Also great facilities - indoor pools, gym and paddle court. Food at buffet restaurants was among the best we've had at all inclusive.

It's not a 5-star hotel. Everything was good, but nothing exceptional. The food was tasty but lacked variety. The pools are nice, though a bit small for peak season. We stayed at the end of October, and with only a few guests using the pools, there was plenty of space. However, I imagine it could get crowded in July or August. The staff was excellent—very friendly and helpful. The beach is large but quite rocky.
