Loved the atmosphere, decor and look of the Guesthouse. Very cosy bed. Host Rod very calm and friendly which added to our experience of our weekend.

Rob was accommodating and very helpful. The breakfast and snacks were better than what we expected. Fresh eggs and a choice between toast or muesli and biscuits. The decor in the room was cottage-like, which is what we wanted. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! I We loved the rustic old style home with all the furnishings. Rod was very nice and welcoming. A generous selection of breakfast items was provided to prepare breakfast of your choosing. I like that a personal microwave, mini fridge and kettle along with plates and cutlery were provided in each room. The large kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. The later check out time compared to most other places was much appreciated and allowed us to relax and take our time to soak in the lovely place and its surroundings. The dogs were friendly. Definitely recommend, great value for money and would love to stay here again!

This little gem is tucked away in the middle of the Dandenongs - it takes a little effort to get there but the home and surroundings are worth the trip. The house is very charming and full of antique furnishings. Our room had a four-post bed and had oodles of Victorian charm.
