Here's an updated review including your new points: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was large and the hotel had a nice atmosphere, which made for a pleasant environment. However, there were several issues that really affected my stay. First, there was little to no hot water reception, and the staff was not helpful or sympathetic about it. The room was very cold, making it uncomfortable. The food options were limited with no variety, and what was available was not served warm. The reception advised us that no buses were running and urged us to take a taxi, but we later found out that the buses were indeed operating. There was also little entertainment and few facilities to enjoy. Additionally, I encountered maintenance issues, like a broken footpath next to the kids' play area and a kettle that was dripping black water. The bathroom door knob was difficult to open, which was frustrating. While the bed was comfy, the numerous issues I faced made it hard to fully enjoy my stay. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel due to the many problems, despite the nice atmosphere and spacious room.

Amazing hotel ! Cozy and warm! The staff was excellent , the food really good, fresh and delicious! The pool wonderful and the rooms great ! The bar and the animation was every day the cherry in the cake , always great! I had a room with a private pool and was really nice experience ! The owner create a family sweet environment that you can enjoy so much the real Greek hospitality !! I will return for sure ! This hotel became my favorite in Rhodes!

The room was clean and spacious with a nice, big balcony with seaview. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very big,with an outside pool area, a nice pool bar where all staff was very kind and helpful and a gym and a spa center which we didn't have enough time to try. There was a great variety of food and beverages in the breakfast buffet and everything was very fresh and delicious. It was a very comfortable short stay.

We loved the big spaces within the hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and the views were fabulous. The breakfast had plenty of choice.

Absolutely lovely, fabulous place. We were staying for 3 days and we loved everything about this place. The room where we were living was big, clean with all the necessary things. We had a private pool and it was additional amazing thing . The food in the restaurant was delicious and drinks in the bar as well. We thank everyone who made our stay in this place unforgettable ❤️
