Honestly one of the BEST hotels I have stayed in!! our stay was amazing. The service was first class and the staff were super friendly and helpful. shout out to Alex, Nancy and Anastasia! who were so lovely, approachable and kind. travelling with a 18 month year old is never easy, but this hotel felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. we will definitely be back! Thank you again to all the stuff.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Me and my partner were amazed with attention to the detail in everything. We don't have absolutely nothing to complain about and we will back soon.

We were a little concerned with reviews about hotel being understaffed and waiting time for food but tjeymust have hired more staff as there was enough staff who were all extremwly friendly and helpful and our stay was very enjoyable! Food: really great food at the buffet with LOADS of options and varied every day. Great options for kids ans vegan/vegetarian options.. There is also a bar at the beach with coffee, drinks and coctails, icecream and even salads and greek souvlaki, all included Restaurants were also very nice and included! The lobby bar could have a queue but the wait wasnt more than 5 mins for a drink Even at the buffet we didnt wait more than 2-3mins toget a table Beach: really nice water and nice sunbeds All in all a great experience. Thanks ti all the staff who were extremely friendly!! Room: clean and comfy bed. They checked our minifridge and restockef it with water and sodas Area: 15 mins from old town.. Can get a bus just outside hotel or order taxi(15euros) or go outside the hotel and get a taxi for 10euros (theres a piazza 2 mins walk toyour right outside a cafe called tsampis) Outside the hotel theres also 3-4 mini markets with all amenities, barber shop, cloth butiques etc

The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help, which made the stay more pleasant. The hotel is situated on the first line near the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The territory is closed, so we felt safe during our stay. I would also like to mention a very nice application that provided a weekly schedule, reservation options, and useful information about the hotel and local attractions. The WiFi worked well throughout the entire hotel, including the beach zones, which was a great convenience. The all-inclusive package included various activities, and the location was convenient, with local attractions nearby. The food selection was diverse, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The gym, though small, was perfectly equipped with all the necessary machines and equipment. Additionally, the common areas were well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere

We had a lovely stay at Helea. The location was great, only 20 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Rhodes Old Town. The hotel itself was beautiful and we visited in the last week of the season so was a lot quieter, but the staff were so amazing even to the last day. The pools were lovely and we enjoyed the crepes at the snack shop.

The service was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make sure my every need was met. The check-in process was easy and they were always ready to help with a warm smile. Every detail was carefully considered and it made the stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and coziness. Thank you for such a great service!

The hotel is really nice and the staff is amazing with a special mention to Elisabeth at Lopia restaurant & Luciana, Alvisa, Kiki & Cynthia at the kindergarten! We had an unforgettable stay!

Design of the resort with beautiful plants and trees. Pools and beach. Excellent food and extensive choice. Nice wines. Fantastic splash park for the kids. Stunning views from the sea view rooms. Greek staff were warm and friendly. Water sports and boat trips available from the private beach. Avis Car hire available on site. Super market on site - air machine to inflate your inflatables! Amazing selection of inflatables!
