Apartment was cozy and beautiful, with both of ocean and mountain views. Very comfortable for holiday stays. 5 supermarkets nearby were all within walking distance.

The room was amazing, it was a lot more than I expected for what we paid. The location is perfect for everything in Kalkan The Hosts (especially Merve) were so nice and helpful

I cancelled another apartment in favour of Kaya Apartments and am so glad I did. The location was perfect, just at the top of one hill so a short walk to the marina, restaurants and beach clubs. It's also a short walk across to the old town, for more restaurants and shops. The apartment is very roomy, comfortable and well furnished, the bed is fantastic and the balcony great to sit out on and take in the views. The air conditioning was fantastic too, and much needed! Merve is a lovely host, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everyone else that works there helping to keep the place clean and tidy are great too. The pool was amazing and ideal for cooling down during and after the very hot days. We would definitely recommend Kaya Apartments and would stay there again.

The location is perfect. As close as you can be to town, once you walk the hill up, you’ll be glad you choose Kaya Apartments. Pool was surprising nice and always clean.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views across the bay. Very spacious and top quality. Perfect location for shops, restaurants, markets, harbour all within a few minutes walk. Swimming pool was a fabulous addition and made for a relaxing time. Owners were incredibly kind and helpful.
