“Fab villa with superb views”

The location as great the views are stunning but you definitely need a car as it's a long way up. We walked into Kalkan in 20mins and got a taxi back up for about £3.00. The roads are steep and would be hard to negotiate in the dark. We hired a car for Airport transfers as it was about the same price as taxis however we needed a car for trips to the supermarket and to explore. The villa is very clean and comfortable and large for 4 people. The pool area is lovely and sunbeds are great. The beds are super comfy. It's well kitted out but we were surprised there were no dishcloths, tea towels or washing up liquid to be fair they were cheap enough in the supermarket. We used the BBq which was great. There are many superb bars and restaurants in Kalkan and the shops are plentiful a fab place to be based. We went to Cas for the day but felt it wasn't quite as nice.

Lovely property, everything you could want from a Villa with a private pool in either of the 9 Villa’s in the Eco Villa Complex. The Villa’s are situated high up from the old town of Kalkan where all the restaraunts are, which is nice one sense because it’s so quiet an the views of the sunsets are fantastic, but equally it’s a steep 20 minute walk down, an a good 30 minutes back if not more due to the hills. Taner the owner of the Villa’s gets you in touch with the local taxi firm driver Yasuf who’s brilliant at getting taxi’s organised for yourself and collects you him self if he cannot get someone to you. The taxi from the Villa to the town centre/marina is £4. Internet is available in the Villa, allbeit it a little slow (5mb download).
