The location, staff, breakfast, drinks, pretty much everything was perfect, room was also nice and clean. The Highlight of this place is the staff, they are super nice and helpful. Special mention to Pranoy for his suggestions of off beat hikes and view points

The heritage has been maintained. Our Heritage Room was beautiful… it even had a dressing room. The staff were all very attentive and welcoming. The garden setting.

Excellent stay. The location of the property was great and its look and feel was also very elegant and beautiful. The manager along with the staff were very cooperative and courteous. Every issue was attended to by them. The food was also good. I'd recommend this hotel for both long and short stays to all for leisure.

This is a beautiful heritage property manned by ever helpful staff. The room that we were put in on the 4th floor were a tad smaller ( or felt smaller than they were ) but were functional and all basic amenities in place. The property has spacious common areas on certain floors which offer excellent views. Overall a good value for money.

The property is well maintained..location is accessible, specially would like to mention the staff..everybody was warm , Bhoomika & Ujwal specially..we enjoyed our stay there.. also our room had such beautiful view..would love to come back again sometime

Breakfast buffet was good, several options for vegetarians and others. The location of the hotel itself is quite nice, facing the mountains. There is a lookout room on the top floor with great views.
