Great place - exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in a studio apartment with a terrace facing the sea / cove. The facilities are basic but just what you need and exactly as advertised. We had basic cooking equipment to make some meals at the apartment and eat on the terrace. It was a short 4 minute walk down to the beach which had a few different restaurant / sunbed lounger options. The beach had a nice vibe, people but not too busy with a lovely clear sea for swimming and jetties to jump off. We also explored and walked over to the next cove one day. We stayed for four days, and someone came on day 2 to change the bins / towels / give extra toilet roll.

Nice location, Gina and Inga were very responsive for all kind of requests. Easy to check-in, no complains so far :) All facilities work properly, will come again definitly!

Great location with views of Kalami Bay. Spacious apartment with huge. Balcony. Good value for money and all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.

The location, the views of the bay, the cleanliness of the rooms. We had everything we needed. The rooms were basic and on the ground floor. The kitchen is designed for small meals and has a good sized fridge with small freezer. I would use a taxi, as we did, for the transfer from the Airport as coaches can't drive down the hill into Kalami. The taxi dropped and picked up at the door. It's a bit of a steep driveway down to the beach where you can go down some steps or walk around the pathway if you prefer. Less than a 5 minute walk. Gina very kindly let us have a late check out in one room, as our taxi pick up was 3.15. This made a huge difference and really helped us out and I would like to thank Gina, the lovely cleaners and the cute little dog that followed them around. Towel and bin change was almost daily! We would definitely use these again. The rooms on the top floor have more facilities. My husband went up to look, so maybe we'll look at these next time but the ones we had on the ground floor were very good value for the location. Kalami is beautiful and fairly quiet. You can hear the sea from the terrace and watch the boats. I miss it.

Fantastic sized room, and very large double sectioned terrace from our room on the 1st floor, with absolutely incredible views (arguably some of the best in the whole cove). Short walking distance to beach and amenities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, more so even that more expensive hotels we have stayed in elsewhere. Good sized fridge that has a freezer section and was also super quiet in the night. Very efficient and effective air conditioning. Thoughtful touches that went above what they needed to do, like 2 hairdrier were supplied, an indoor and outdoor mini dining table, deck chairs and a parasol for us to take on our days out. It's better than the pictures!

Apartment was lovely and the view from the veranda was simply stunning. Very tastefully furnished and well equipped and lots of storage in bedroom and bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower and only a short walk down the hill to the beach and tavernas. Gina and Inga were really quick to respond to questions and so helpful. I was unwell whilst we were there and Gina arranged for a Dr to come out as we didn’t have a hire car and Inga helped us arrange a taxi to the airport for our return flight home. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Votsalo to anyone wishing to visit Kalami, it’s perfect.
