Everything was clean , well decorated and the location was great! There was a mini market walking distance from the property to buy everything we needed, the view was beautiful and the stuff was friendly and efficient. We had a dine- in and takes aways from the restaurant and the the food was well cooked with fresh ingredients ( my rib eye steak was super delicious and perfectly cooked)

The location is perfect for someone who owns or has rented a car. Neither too far or too close to the city center. Just in the middle. The room view was also amazing and the room was cleaned daily with the cleaning lady always asking if I need anything more for her to do.

We know the location so it works fine for us. We had a hire car and drove to our new favourite beach in Kitries to eat fresh fish at lunch and spend the afternoon dipping in the sea. Then we could drive the other direction from Petrichor and go into Kalamata for dinner or desserts. The other direction (up the mountain) was also great to drive up and then we hiked a beautiful hike up to Ano Verga (high Verga) from the hiking trail that starts in Kato Verga (mid Verga). Petrichor has a lovely coffee shop upstairs where we got our Freddo Espressos every morning and then enjoy on our private poolside balcony. Ionna gave us great recommendations for food in Kalamata too. Photos include the fish & beach in Kitries (recommended by Ioanna) & the view of the mountain we hiked as well as the view from the mountain (Ano Verga)

The host greeted us at the car as we pulled up with the keys in hand. She was expecting us and was very friendly when we arrived. In fact she was extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay! We needed recommendations for a few things such as where to buy jewellery and where to eat seafood and she responded on WhatsApp right away. The property itself has a stunning view of the water, which was especially beautiful at sunset. It was great to have this as we were relaxing in the afternoons before going out again for dinner. The parking is really close to the entrance and always available. The housekeeping extended to washing our clothes and hanging them out on a line in our personal outdoor space to dry. They went over and above to help us with this. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked well. There was even an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which we've found to be quite a treat in Greece!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, the host's charm and warm welcome made us feel right at home. The attention to detail throughout the property was truly impressive, and the comforts provided made our stay so relaxing. We especially loved the gorgeous olive trees, the stunning pool with breathtaking sea views, and the thoughtful touches like having coffee and sugar ready for us to use.
