Super location just a few metres from the sea. Clean and well equipped studio with a daily cleaner. We were end of season so a car was essential to find open restaurants and bars. It was very good value for money.

My recent stay at Kalafatis Villas Apartments in Mykonos was truly wonderful! Nestled in a peaceful part of the island, the villas offer a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and stunning natural beauty. The apartments are spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. I especially loved the private terrace, where I could enjoy the serene views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding landscape. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the pristine Kalafatis Beach—a perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying water sports. It’s also close enough to Mykonos Town for easy access to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet far enough to provide a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The staff at Kalafatis Villas were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. They made sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious escape in Mykonos, Kalafatis Villas Apartments is the place to be. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning soon!

Great location. The view over the beach and sea was perfect. It was right across the road from the beach. It was not an overcrowded or noisy part of the island.

Loved the view from the room ( sunrise as well!) and super easy to access to Karafatis beach - swimming with some little fish in the sea:) It’s pretty traditional Greek room and well equipped kitchen.

The view was excellent, the outside space was excellent. The apartment was at a walking distance to the beach (3 minutes). The sea water in Kalafatis is very clean, a lot of fish in the sea and no jelly fish. It is very handy for the bus route. One of the stops is literally 2 minutes away.

amazing location, on top of a small hill from which you have a stunning view of beach and sea. very nice terrace nice house, "greek style"
