Pineas Rooms offers a nice location on the outskirts of the city, providing a peaceful base for exploring the magnificent Meteora rock formations. The hotel features ample parking space which was very convenient during our 2-night stay. One of the highlights of our room was the large terrace with a truly breathtaking view of the Meteora rocks. We spent both afternoons relaxing there, taking in the spectacular scenery that makes this region so famous. While the hotel does have a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus, we noticed the pool surroundings could use some maintenance - a simple sweep would make a big difference to the overall impression. The owners were notably helpful during our stay. When we mentioned needing to join an early morning activity, they kindly prepared an early breakfast for us, which demonstrated excellent customer service. It's worth noting that despite the outskirts location, the hotel is situated near a surprisingly noisy road that remained active even during nighttime hours. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, the stunning views, helpful owners, and convenient location made Pineas Rooms a good base for our Meteora exploration, despite the minor issues with road noise and pool area maintenance.

We stayed at Pineas during Easter when it was really busy and couldn't find a nice place within the town. Pineas is slightly out of town - walkable but not ideal when hot, or with bags. Taxis are however easy and not expensive. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking Kalambaka and Meteora. The setting is very green and quiet, with birdsong and a pool which looked welcoming. The breakfast is generous and the hosts are helpful.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We had an early check-out, at 6 in the morning and the host prepared breakfast for us with fruits, sandwiches and drinks. That was very kind of her.

Cozy hotel, showing a bit of age, but still very nice. Pool area is great and staff is very friendly. Location and view is perfect, away from the trouble of Kalambaka, but still close enough to city and monasteries.

We rent a quadruple room, as we were happy with it. The room was large and it had a nice balcony, with cozy table and chairs, and a fridge. The wifi worked well. The swimming pool was really good, and it had a bar. All the staff was friendly. The parking lot was large. Breakfast had lots of choices. It's perfect to visit Meterora, as when the Monasteries close you still have plenty of time to enjoy the pool.
