WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. The location was great and there was parking at the property, parked on check in and didn't move the car until check out.

Close to beach, restaurants, bakery, markets. Excellent studio (no. 4), with very big king size bed. Very clean.

We had the garden room on the ground floor with a little balcony so we were cool, quiet and shady with a view over the garden. It was like staying in a family house but the family left you alone but were helpful when needed. We were given a jar of home made cherry jam when we left. The location was really good, just a couple of minutes to the bakers, beach, tavernas and supermarket. It was very clean.Many thanks to Vangelis and his mother.
