The staff was amazing, right from the manager to the other guys who were kind enough to help us with our bags, answer questions, etc. The rooms were clean and well equipped, I particularly loved the organic body wash and shampoo.

Our stay at Oldonyo Orok Lodge was an unforgettable experience. The lodge offers a unique opportunity to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, as there is no WiFi, network, or TV (except the reception and dining area). This makes it an ideal spot for those seeking inspiration, especially writers and creatives. One of the highlights of our stay was the fresh food sourced directly from the lodge’s own farm. Every meal was a delight, bursting with flavour and freshness. The staff were incredibly hospitable, taking the time to show us around their farm and share their passion for sustainable living. The lodge is also a haven for relaxation. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a bonfire under the stars, or marvelling at the local wildlife. We were thrilled to see a beautiful giraffe and ostriches up close, adding to the magical experience. Sleeping in the beautiful tented camp was a delight, especially with the soothing sounds of birds chirping in the morning. Accessibility is another plus, as the lodge is only an hour’s drive from Nairobi, making it a convenient escape from the city. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Oldonyo Orok Lodge for making our stay so memorable.
