Apartments do not have air conditioning in the units. This is a special request and is subject to availability upon arrival.If traveling with children, please indicate the ages of each child in the special requests comment field when making reservations.Please note, the front desk hours are from 0800-1700hrs. If guests plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the property in advance to make special arrangements. Please note: This is a 1-3 floor property with no elevators available.

Big clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms. Good size dining area. Lots of seating throughout the apartment and on the balcony.

On the waterfront, large 2 bedroom, we hosted dinner several nights, we had the biggest kitchen, dining, and deck with table and chairs, and beautiful view of the ocean.

Lovely resort, well managed, always looks pristine. 3 pools with jacuzzi, one next to the ocean. Apartment overlooking the golf fairway was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Resort is tucked away in a quiet position with a shopping centre, petrol and food nearby. Easy drive into Kona and nice drive Volcano.

The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely view of a fairway on a golf course and lots of beautiful landscaping on the grounds. The unit was close to pools. Basic kitchen items were provided. Air conditioning was not included in the base price but could be provided for an additional charge per day. We did not use the AC and found the temperature to be comfortable with windows open and fans in use.

Pools were great. Having multiple pools to choose from was amazing (including a quiet pool). The house had good amenities in the kitchen. Rice cooker, cutlery, oven, microwave, dishwasher, takeaway boxes etc. Washing machine and dryer were available too. A foot mat is needed at the door to the Lanai as there was a lot of sand that would be brought into the house otherwise.
