The owner is very nice and helpful. Beautiful view from the communal area. You are offered Seltzer water, coffee and a granola bar (although after the second night everything was taken and not refilled....)

We only stayed one night and didn't really get to explore. Room was lovely and comfy. Shared bathroom but not really an issue. not fancy but comfortable. Late check out was great.

The place is beautiful in simplicity. We could have coffee, real milk, soda water, use the fridge and kitchen. Hot shower. Due to elevation no A/C necessary. Additional blankets available. The host was very nice, we talked a long time in the evening. The place has a little spiritual touch to it, which I liked a lot. My daughter wished we had stayed there all the time and not gone on to another place.

We had a one night stay here on our way to the airport due to its close location but wish we had stayed longer! The guest house is really cozy with a great energy, it’s very close to good snorkelling places and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and we could see the stars from our windows when we slept- it was very lovely and we can’t wait to come back but for longer

Great view down on Kailua-Kona. Near the airport, in case you're arriving or soon leaving Big Island. Very broad bed.

Terrific view from the common areas, and beautiful property overall. The garden is nice, and the spot is both at a convenient, yet, quite remote and quiet area. Relaxing. The tenants were responsive to messages. Check-in was smooth. Coffee is provided, along with complimentary Perrier water, and snack bars. Overall, it was a fine stay.

Very friendly host, could use fridge and kitchen. Only 15 minutes drive to Kona airport or 15 minutes drive to Kailua downtown.

Good facilities and very lovely staff. Cooking facilities were great with utensils and everyday cooking needs like oil, salt and pepper. Awesome views from the dining area.
