Room was fairly basic but very clean. However, the breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food available. The location was excellent and the staff (owners) very friendly and helpful.

Wow. Great location, very clean and very friendly. Had a courtyard facing room. Lovely garden, so great vista. John was an amazing host and an absolute star. Loves his rugby, as do I and found we had a lot of heroes in common. Fancy that - a Kiwi and a taffy talking rugby. I cannot praise John and the kaikoura boutique enough. Lovely place to stay.
