The property is surrounded by the historic Maori Pa area that has trees from the late 1800's. There are cows across the road, and sheep up the hill.

Boasting views of the ocean, this three bedroom cottage features polished concrete floors in the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and feature views of the mountains and sea. Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace. There is also a day bed in the lounge area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and there is an exterior laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Beautiful location overlooking Kaikoura and the sea. Decks lost the late sun but we enjoyed the sun from the garden. So much effort went into the decor of the property which was very much appreciated

The view was exceptional. The outside bath was amazing. It was clean and spacious. The lady who runs it was amazingly helpful when I had to change dates and during our stay. Just lovely understanding person who help us out when she didn’t have to.

Its location is so GREAT! Watched the stars and the sunrise just in front of the house. We enjoyed the rooms which were cozy and clean, and all the facilities in the kitchen and laundry hut. The host gave clear instructions and was eager to help. It sure is one of the most unforgettable stays in my lifetime!

We loved everything about this quaint little studio, overlooking the whole bay! The most beautiful space to watch the sunrises and sunsets (especially from the bath). The retro furnishings inside were another cute touch! It was the most perfect place ❤️
