The staff is very helpful, particularly in the Information corner. There is a free transfer to the station and the city center (but it has like 1 bus per hours with a pause around lunch time). Sakurajima view from the window is amazing (even though in our room you have to sit to admire it, I add both photos for sitting and standing view). Some hairs were seen in the bathroom.

Old school goodness. Although hotel facilities are a bit dated, the excellent service from the staff makes the stay a delightfully memorable one. The view of Sakarajima from the room was awesome. We also loved the dinner and breakfast buffet spread.

Good location. Nice to see Sakurajima from my room. Had a nice meal at the Sky Phoenix restaurant. Good location for shopping.

This hotel not far from Kagoshima Chu station. Just walking distance to seaside can see Sakurashima and also can see from the hotel room view .

Very nice room with a beautiful view on Sakurajima. Bed were comfortable. Staff is very good. Breakfast has very large choice. Parking is available

Very helpful and friendly Staff. Our room was very clean with a great view. We liked the Spa with the view of the volcano Spa. Convenient for shops and outside restaurants.
