Definitely felt like a premium hotel. The staff were friendly and facilities had a great atmosphere. Our room was clean and the AC worked well. The room also had the comfiest bed I have ever slept in which was a huge plus. Another positive thing was breakfast: good variety of different options and the food was tasty. You could also order special coffee and waffles/pancakes to the table free of charge. The location was also good, easy to get around with public transport. Overall a great experience.

We were in Milan for only one night and the location was great as it was a less then 10 minute walk and not too far of a walk from the main tourist attractions. The room was excellent.

Room was clean, enjoyed a nice drink by the bar in the evening, lovely atmosphere, its a pity we had to leave to the airport at 5am and did not manage to take breakfast. Lovely place

Check in was really great. The Concierge happily checked us in early and we were able to have a freshen up and get our luggage in our room after a long trip from Melbourne Australia.

One night stay in family room was excellent, very clean, feels very new, the family room was two connecting rooms with one of them having a sofa section, generous space. Reception staff was a bit cold but apart from that we loved it

The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room/bathroom clean, exceptional comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Great location for Milan Centralle train station, with airport coaches stopping right next to station making it easy to get transfer to/from airport.
