I had a great 3 week stay at Villa d’Elsa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped and clean kitchenette, also with bigger than usual wardrobe space for clothes and shoes. The bed was comfortable, with bed and bathroom linen changed sufficiently frequently. The hotel is located very close to restaurants, shops, beaches, buses and trains. It is an excellent base from which to explore the Côte d’Azur or just to stay and relax in Juan-les-Pins. I enjoyed good quality wifi. The hotel has a sufficiently spacious lift, so that one does not have to carry luggage upstairs.

For a really inexpensive option the little self-catering unit was very well equipped - hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, iron, ironing board, TV, cleaning kit etc. French windows onto a roomy balcony with table and chairs. Little breakfast bar with bar stools. Very comfortable bed. Warm duvet.

The hotel offers studios with a small kitchen. Ones at the front overlook a pedestrian street, some of the ones at the back have a terrace overlooking other boildings. The street is not noisy in late september. The room was sparking clean, and offers an expresso machine, and kettle for other drinks. I checked in late (reception closes at 6pm) and the hotel sent door codes to let me do that. They also emailed a link to their very useful Villa d'Elsa guide giving recommended restaurants in the area. Breakfast can be ordered in advance, and is eaten in the room, but I went to Cafe Sweet one minute away.

Great location close to everything you need, friendly staff who were always on hand to help, clean and spacious balcony room. We've stayed here before and loved it then so it was a repeat stay and it didn't disappoint!

Location was great, in the middle of neighborhood, around restaurants and close to the sea. It was good that we came by bus, and we didn't have a rented car, otherwise, it would be quite a headache to park there (and you cannot go close to the hotel with a car, as it's pedestrian pathway only). Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.
