Charming old building, but tastefully renovated with character. Nice private garden for drinks. Straightforward simple breakfast was served, with fresh bread and nice juice. Very close to the beach. Extremely supportive and service minded hosts. Whatever we were lacking or asking for, they aimed to please.

The couple were fantastic. They were very welcoming and happy to help with anything asked of them. Location was superb. It is around the corner from the beach but still quiet. Guests could have their delicious continental breakfast on the terrace each morning overlooking their garden which had lemon trees and a wonderful smelling Eucalyptus tree. Running parallel to the hotel is a busier street with a decent sized supermarket and buses in both directions, Cannes - Nice. Express bus 82 goes direct to the airport in about 50 minutes! Stop is called Square Du Lys. It's walkable as I did but you can also get to Antibes from this stop. Oh it takes just ten minutes to walk to/from the train station as well as the town centre.

We spent a great time in this hotel (2 nights). The hotel is old, but that adds to its charm. It is very clean and nice. Close to the beach and the train station.
