This is a character property full of charm. Beds are comfortable, nice sheets and towels, bathrooms small but modern with plenty of hot water for showers. Typical French breakfast was very nice - lovely fresh bread and croissants, yogurt etc and good strong coffee. The location is great - just a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants of Juan Les Pins. The owners of this hotel are wonderful -kind and charming - and nothing is too much trouble.

Marion is a most personable host, very kind and patient and is available to help make your stay enjoyable which she does. Her English is excellent.. We were glad to receive recommendations of where to eat and we borrowed chairs one day for the beach which we were most grateful for. Thank you. The exterior of the house looks very inviting and suggests a bygone period of style. We appreciated some of the remaining original features inside too. We really preferred exploring Antibes and found shopping in the narrow streets in the old town charming along with the provencale covered market. The transport system from Nice airport (train) was easy and we bused into Antibes too and walked although it's a good 40 mins on top of your daily walking about, so the bus is a welcome relief.

The owners of the hotel were so friendly and service minded and the 3-bed room was great with a spacious bathroom. The hotel was an old building with characteristic style. A short walk to the beach. Very nice breakfast with bread, yogurt and cereals, fresh fruits, tea or coffee and juice. Previous customers had left beach chairs and sun parasols that we could use.

The hotel is an old villa with just a few rooms and a beautiful garden where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Our room was on the top floor with a view of the garden. The beds were very comfortable, with the windows closed you couldn't hear the street at all and the AC worked perfectly and cooled nicely without blowing cold air. Everything was very clean, the shower was very modern and the whole hotel is a gem. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can walk within 5 minutes to the beach with fine powdery sand and crystal clear turquoise sea. The train and bus station for excursions to Nice, Cannes etc and many good restaurants are also very close. The stay with Marion and Philipp was wonderful. They are such friendly, helpful and lovely hosts, you feel so welcome and warmly received. If you go to Juan-les-Pins, you should stay at Hotel Alexandra!
