“Great location but apartment needs to be renovated”

Honestly, I will give a 10 for their service. They allowed us to checkout late at 1pm and I'm still very grateful for that. Easy to check in and check out. All instructions given were easy to follow and hosts were contactable. The 4 bedrooms are useful if you're going with a large family cos can fit 10 people. Location is about a 10min ride from CIQ so it's not too far and no jam also. There is a Malaysian style food court nearby (r&r style) and macdonalds too. not hard to grab food here and drivers can easily find the place. You can't really walk to belemall cos it's quite a distance away however you can see the fireworks from here.

1. Location is good, 2. Place is very safe as can see there is a lot of security guards going for patrol, I saw at least 6 of them when I reached. 3. Place is quiet so no disturbance, there are a lot of Malay food hawker building just down the road, closed at 9.30pm so not so noise after 10pm.

Check in & out very efficient- self service with clear instructions from the owner. Security very good! Room spacious.. could fit for family of 6 as there are sofa beds in the living room. Owner fast response to any of our enquires through whatapps messaging. Will definitely come back here to stay for our next vacation. Thank you.
