Location itself is not the best, have to walk outdoor to the hotel from Midvalley. Hotel room is comfortable, the beds were comfortable, aircon works well, but the toilet is the problem. Having just one fixed shower head is really inconvenient and this really affects my entire experience. The breakfast buffet was very good though.

The location was nearby Mid Valley Southkey, probably walking distance but easier to drive over. The breakfast spread was quite wide but the taste was okay not exceptional.

The room, the beds and the extra pillow was good. I put in a request for a birthday deco and they did an elephant origami with towels and it was super cute. It came with a slice of cake as well, it was good surprise for my sister. Thankyou Opero!

Staff was great. Facilities well maintained. Parking was plenty and convenient with access to lift lobby. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent. Extremely great experience here. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Location was good enough and opposite mid valley. Would have been good to build a covered walkway as the walk to the shopping centre was short but with a blazing sun, it did make walking there not too pleasant. The room was definitely comfortable and clean. No complaints about that. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent - good range, food was replenished, quality was good. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Can see the quality of the hotel is quite new and well maintained. Breakfast spread is a lot but taste is disappointing. Asian cuisine can't make it. The staff is superb, very kind and friendly throughout.
