The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check in. We reached earlier than the check-in time. Since we had an infrant with us, we were wondering whether we would be able to check in early. We approached the express counter and spoke to service staff DIRSYAH. He was so helpful and was understanding our situation and arranged our stay asap and also gave an extra card. The hotel should work on the breakfast buffet with more cuisines.

what went well.. 1. I Stayed for 2 nights and generally the room was good and clean, and the water for the shower was superb (strong water flow. 2. the facilities, especially the gym are superb but the TV was not working. suggest if the gym is located in front of the recreation place rather than at the end of the recreation place. 3. the hotel location is good, there are a lot of restaurants surrounding

Location was good. It is next to KSL Mall. Very convenient to shop and many food outlets to choose from.
