The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A cash deposit of MYR 25 per room is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that early check-ins from 7:00 until 14:00 will incur an extra charge of MYR 54. Early check-ins before 7:00 will incur an additional one night's room charge. (Subject to availability) Please note that late check-outs after 12:00 will incur an extra charge of MYR 54 for every 4 hours of extension and part thereof. (Subject to availability)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Facilities work including hot shower and air conditioning. Extremely convenient location and accessibility to 2nd link. Receptionist was friendly and helpful! You may need to be able to speak Malay though.
